I took this photo outside my apartment. Although it looks like day it is actually night. It was very dark and the camera settings were slow and as a result the streetlights caused streaks from camera movement. But as the picture was being taken this bolt of lightning stopped the raindrops in midair. Look closely and you will see the drops.
